*Written by the sons of Korah.
*Psalm 45 is called a "song of love", meaning a "wedding song".
*Psalm 45 was written on the occasion of a royal wedding. The identity of the king is not known.

*Not only is the king the bride's husband, he is her king, and messiah(Lord). The bride is to be loyal to the king. The bride is to honor and worship the king. The bride is to submit to the king's authority.
*The king represents Jesus. The bride represents true born again christian's. True born again christian's are to be 100% loyal to Jesus. They are to honor and worship only Jesus, and are to submit to His authority. They do not compromise.
*The bride of Jesus is to be without spots or wrinkles(sins). Therefore, true born again christian's are not to allow worldly(sinful) things to corrupt them. The bride with spots and wrinkles, are not beautiful in the sight of Jesus.
*The bride(true born again christian's) should live a life of holiness. The beauty of holiness will attract people to Jesus.
*Just as a king would not give his name to a unfaithful bride, King Jesus will not give His name to an unfaithful bride.
*King Jesus desires for His bride to be pure before Him. Are you pure before Jesus? If not, you can be today.
