Psalm 103
Praise for the Lord's Mercies

*Psalm 103, is one of the greatest praise Psalms in the book of Psalm.
*In Psalm 103, King David talks about the goodness of the Lord God and encourages the angels, people, and creation to praise the Lord God.
Verses 1-5:
King David expresses his praise to the Lord God for ALL "His benefits":
- Who forgives our iniquities(sins)
- Who heals us
- Who redeems our life from destruction
- Who crowns(pours) us with loving kindness and mercies
- Who satisfies your mouth(our spirit man is satisfied)
King David speaks of the God's Character:
- Righteous
- Justice
- Merciful
- Gracious
- Slow to anger
Once again, King David expresses his praise to the Lord God. This time King David encourages the angels, people, God's works(His creation) to praise the Lord God. In other words, King David encourages everything to praise the Lord God.
